Before you pay.

Is it a one-time payment?

Yes — A$29 once. No subscription and no renewal fee, and the same payment covers stage 2 (801 or 100) when you get there.

Can both of us work on the pack?

Yes. From your settings you can invite your partner. They sign in with their own account, see the same pack, and add their side of the evidence — documents, photos, a WhatsApp export. You stay the pack's owner: only you can generate the PDFs, edit the timeline, or delete the pack, and you can end their access at any time. Ending their access closes the pack to them; anything they already added stays in your pack, and you can delete the files and photos yourself.

What if we haven't finished gathering our evidence?

That's fine. Your work is saved as you go, so you can add items over as many sessions as you need and regenerate your pack as often as you need. When you reach stage 2 (801 or 100), the same purchase covers it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the tool doesn't work as described, email hello@visabinder.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund.

Is VisaBinder a migration agent or legal service?

No. VisaBinder is a document compilation tool only. We do not provide migration advice, review applications, or assess eligibility. Under Australian law, only registered migration agents (search the MARA register) and Australian legal practitioners can give immigration assistance. If you need advice on your circumstances, please consult one of those professionals.

What happens to our files?

Your files are stored on secure Australian servers in Sydney, encrypted, and locked to your pack — only you and a partner you invite can open it. WhatsApp chats are parsed inside your browser — only the messages you choose to include are sent to our servers. Photos and documents you add are processed on Australian servers. Files stay while your account is active, and you can delete everything yourself at any time from your account settings.

For context, the Department of Home Affairs Visa Application Charge for a Partner Visa — onshore (820/801) or offshore (309/100) — is AUD $11,710 for most applicants (for applications lodged on or after 1 July 2026). VisaBinder is a separate document-compilation tool.
