Create an account with email, complete the one-time A$29 checkout, and land in the onboarding wizard. We do not bill you again — there is no subscription.
Tell VisaBinder your visa stage (820, 801, 309 or 100), partner names, and the relationship start date. These drive the cover sheet and timeline; nothing here is sent to Home Affairs on your behalf.
Drop in WhatsApp exports, photos, leases, statements, and supporting docs, then sort each item into one of the four Home Affairs categories — financial, household, social, commitment. VisaBinder shows the slot it will be uploaded into.
Edit cover details, set item titles, and add a one-line note for each piece of evidence. Nothing in the pack is automatic — every item is yours to keep, edit, or remove.
Click Generate. VisaBinder produces one PDF per category — split into numbered parts when a category is large — each under the 5 MB ImmiAccount cap. Download the ZIP and upload each PDF into its slot in your ImmiAccount portal. Parts of the same category go into the same slot; ImmiAccount accepts more than one file per category.
